1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") establish the conditions for using the "Tokyo Tourist Online Clinic (TTOC)" service (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided by TenGen Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our company").
This Service is an online medical consultation service designed specifically for foreign travelers visiting Tokyo, Japan.
2. Definitions
The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- "User" means an individual who uses this Service.
- "Medical Information" means information related to the user's health, symptoms, medical history, and other health-related data provided during the medical consultation.
- "Medical Consultation" means the online medical consultation provided by licensed physicians through this Service.
- "Treatment Delivery" means the delivery of recommended treatments to the user's accommodation in Tokyo.
3. Application of These Terms
These Terms are intended to establish the rights and obligations between our company and users regarding the use of this Service, and shall apply to all relationships between users and our company related to the use of this Service.
By using this Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
4. Service Description
This Service provides the following:
- Online medical consultation with licensed Japanese physicians
- Treatment recommendation based on medical consultation results
- Delivery of recommended treatments to user's accommodation
- English language support throughout the process
Important: This Service is designed for temporary relief of common travel-related health issues and is not intended to replace comprehensive medical care or emergency services.
5. User Responsibilities
Users shall use this Service at their own responsibility and shall bear all responsibility related to the use of this Service. Specifically, users shall:
- Provide accurate and complete information during medical consultation
- Follow the physician's instructions and treatment usage guidelines
- Seek emergency medical care if symptoms worsen or become severe
- Ensure they are present at their accommodation for treatment delivery
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Medical Limitations
This Service has the following limitations:
- We only treat common travel-related health issues as specified on our website
- We do not provide emergency medical services
- We do not treat chronic conditions or serious illnesses
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the condition is outside our scope
- In such cases, we will guide users to appropriate medical facilities
7. Payment and Fees
Users shall pay the medical consultation fee and treatment delivery fee as determined by our company. Payment shall be made through the designated payment method after the medical consultation and before treatment delivery.
All fees are non-refundable once the medical consultation has been completed, except in cases where we are unable to provide the service due to circumstances on our side.
8. Delivery Service
Treatment delivery is available in central Tokyo areas including Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Roppongi, Akasaka, Harajuku, Ueno, Asakusa, Tokyo Station, and surrounding areas.
Delivery typically takes 2-3 hours after payment confirmation, subject to availability and delivery conditions.
Users must be present at their accommodation to receive the treatment. If the user is not available, delivery may be rescheduled or cancelled.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using this Service:
- Providing false or misleading information
- Attempting to obtain treatments for non-medical purposes
- Sharing medical consultation information with unauthorized third parties
- Using the service for illegal purposes
- Interfering with the operation of this Service
10. Changes to Terms
We may change these Terms at any time without prior notice to users when we deem it necessary. The changed terms shall take effect from the time they are displayed on our website.
Continued use of this Service after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
⚠️ Important Notice
Emergency Situations: If you experience severe symptoms, chest pain, difficulty breathing, or other emergency conditions, please call emergency services (119) immediately or visit the nearest hospital. This Service is not suitable for emergency medical situations.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、株式会社TenGen（以下「当社」といいます）が提供する「Tokyo Tourist Online Clinic（TTOC）」（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本サービスは、東京を訪れる外国人旅行者向けに特化したオンライン診療サービスです。
2. 定義
本規約において使用する用語の定義は、次の各号に定めるとおりとします：
- 「利用者」とは、本サービスを利用する個人をいいます。
- 「医療情報」とは、診療時に提供される利用者の健康、症状、既往歴等の健康に関する情報をいいます。
- 「診療」とは、本サービスを通じて提供される医師によるオンライン診療サービスをいいます。
- 「治療配送」とは、推奨された治療を東京の宿泊先に配送することをいいます。
3. 本規約の適用
本規約は、本サービスの利用に関する当社と利用者との間の権利義務関係を定めることを目的とし、利用者と当社との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
本サービスを利用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
4. サービスの内容
本サービスは、以下の内容を提供いたします：
- 日本の医師によるオンライン診療
- 診療結果に基づく治療推奨
- 推奨された治療の配送
- 全過程における英語サポート
重要：本サービスは、旅行中によくある健康問題の一時的な対処を目的としており、包括的な医療ケアや緊急医療サービスの代替となるものではありません。
5. 利用者の責任
利用者は、自己の責任において本サービスを利用するものとし、本サービスの利用に関する一切の責任を負うものとします。具体的には、利用者は以下を行うものとします：
- 診療時に正確かつ完全な情報を提供すること
- 医師の指示および治療の使用方法に従うこと
- 症状が悪化または重篤になった場合は緊急医療を求めること
- 治療配送時に宿泊先に在室すること
- 関連するすべての法令を遵守すること
6. 医療上の制限
本サービスには以下の制限があります：
- 当社ウェブサイトで指定された旅行中によくある健康問題のみを対象とします
- 緊急医療サービスは提供いたしません
- 慢性疾患や重篤な病気の治療は行いません
- 対象外の症状の場合はサービスを拒否する場合があります
- その場合は適切な医療機関をご案内いたします
7. 料金および支払い
利用者は、当社が定める診療料および治療配送料を支払うものとします。支払いは、診療後、治療配送前に指定された支払い方法により行うものとします。
すべての料金は、診療完了後は返金いたしかねます。ただし、当社側の事情によりサービスを提供できない場合は除きます。
8. 配送サービス
治療配送は、渋谷、新宿、銀座、六本木、赤坂、原宿、上野、浅草、東京駅および周辺エリア等の東京中心部で利用可能です。
配送は通常、支払い確認後2-3時間で完了します。ただし、在庫状況および配送条件により変動する場合があります。
利用者は治療受取のため宿泊先に在室する必要があります。在室されない場合は、配送の再調整またはキャンセルとなる場合があります。
9. 禁止事項
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはならないものとします：
- 虚偽または誤解を招く情報の提供
- 医療目的以外での治療取得の試み
- 診療情報の無権限第三者への共有
- 違法目的でのサービスの利用
- 本サービスの運営への妨害
10. 規約の変更
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、利用者に通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、当社ウェブサイト上に表示した時点より効力を生じるものとします。
本規約の変更後も本サービスの利用を継続することにより、利用者は新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。
⚠️ 重要なお知らせ
緊急時について：重篤な症状、胸痛、呼吸困難、その他の緊急事態が発生した場合は、直ちに救急車（119）を呼ぶか、最寄りの病院を受診してください。本サービスは緊急医療状況には適していません。
